Gonzales Spartan Varsity Football squad was beat by Soledad at the Aztec 2014 homecoming game. There were plenty of fireworks and emotional play, but the spartans dropped to 2-3 with a score of 18 – 49.

Gonzales Spartan football varsity team was featured in the Friday Night Blitz game of the week vs Carmel High. The Spartans fought with valor but were defeated 16 – 41.
