Gonzales Spartans Varsity Football team lost to King City in the last game of the season.
The Spartans were up early and dominated the first quarter, but the momentum started to shift in the last seconds of the first half.
From there on it was a grizzly fight until the Mustangs broke loose in the 4th for the victory.
