Soledad Aztecs defeated the Gonzales Spartans in a game that was more contested than the final score showed. The score was tied 14-14 right before half time when Soledad was able to score two more times in less than 2 minutes due to some luck and Spartan mistakes that included an onside kick. In the end the Spartans could not match the Aztecs firepower and loss 21-45.
